Terms of Service

Last updated September 17, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern access to Outerpath, a service operated by Getty Point, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you use Outerpath for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

Permitted use

You may use Outerpath for lawful business research, opportunity assessment, teaming, and related activities. You may not misuse credentials, probe another organization’s records, circumvent plan limits, overload upstream services, scrape the service at scale, or use generated content unlawfully or deceptively.

Your information

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Getty Point the limited right to process it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having authority to provide information about your organization, partners, customers, and contacts.

Public information and company claims

Some company information comes from public websites or government sources. Claiming a company profile represents control of the profile; it does not independently verify certifications, past performance, ownership, clearances, or other statements.

No procurement or professional advice

Outerpath provides research tools and analytical assistance, not legal, accounting, tax, procurement, security-clearance, or guaranteed business-development advice. You are responsible for validating sources and making pursuit, outreach, teaming, compliance, and contracting decisions.

Availability and changes

The service is offered on an evolving basis. Features and data sources may change, fail, or become unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features, but will not intentionally remove paid access without addressing the applicable subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outerpath is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, award, access, sponsorship, or outcome. Getty Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Getty Point’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Outerpath or request account deletion. We may suspend access for material misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.

Additional terms

Subscriptions are governed by the Subscription Terms. AI and public data are governed by the AI and Public-Data Disclaimer. Maryland law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
