Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Terms

Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price and interval displayed at checkout. Workbench is a self-service subscription. Guided Workbench combines software access with a defined amount of human-guided service. Joint Pursuit is application-only and requires a separate written agreement.
Renewal
Unless the checkout or a separate agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the saved payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that date. Deleting an Outerpath account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription; cancel through billing management or contact support.
Guided Workbench commitment
Any minimum service commitment will be disclosed before purchase or in a separate order. Until a minimum is explicitly accepted and technically reflected in checkout or a signed agreement, the Stripe billing terms shown at checkout control.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when Getty Point agrees that a duplicate charge or material service failure warrants a refund. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Contact support promptly about billing errors.
Plan changes and delinquency
Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period as shown in Stripe. Failed or overdue payments may limit paid access. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice; a price change does not retroactively alter a completed charge.
Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Getty Point may calculate and collect taxes after applicable registrations and product treatment are established. You remain responsible for taxes legally imposed on you that are not collected at checkout.
